Sikika has started implementing the Community Scorecard for 2021. The initial districts of intervention are (Ikungi, Singida Rural, Serengeti, Musoma, and Simanjiro).

The main purpose is to contribute to improving the quality of health services delivery at the facilities level with a focus on Health Governance and Financing (HF), Human Resource for Health (HRH), and Health commodities (HC).

The CSC enhances citizen's participation and increases their voices in planning, budgeting, and monitoring health services delivery. They work with service providers in identifying challenges and propose solutions to improve services.

The citizens engaged represent different groups of the community, including, women, youth, adolescents, girls and young women(AGYW), and people with disabilities and PLHIV.

Formal structures such as Community Health Workers and Community Based Organisations participate as well.
